Cancellation – Refund Policy
- Guests are required to pay 30% of the total booking amount as a prepayment and the remaining 70% at least 7 days before arrival.
- A full refund (100%) of the prepayment will only be provided if guests cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.
- If guests cancel 7 or more days before check-in, the 30% prepayment will be retained. If full payment has already been made, the remaining amount (beyond the prepayment) will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
- Bank transfer and other money transfer expenses are not covered and will be deducted from any refund provided.
